Established in 2019 by founder and owner, Matthew C. Constance, PLS, RamsHorn Land Surveying, PLLC. has been providing surveying services to clients throughout New York and Pennsylvania. We are Licensed in both New York and Pennsylvania and based out of Gouverneur, NY. With over 20 years of land surveying experience, we use the latest technology to complete your project.
